Hey everyone, thanks for joining us today. One of the most important parts of your home that is so often overlooked is your roof. Most people don't know the warning signs of a roof in need of replacing, but we are here today to fix that problem. We are going to give you 4 different signs that you need a new roof. This is an important thing to be able to identify, and here's how you do it:

1. Obvious roof leak: If there is an obvious leak either inside the home, or signs of a past leak, it's time to replace your roof.

2. Visibly torn, damaged, or missing shingles

3. Asphalt granules in your gutter

4. Age: Currently, roofs are only designed to last 20-25 years. Any older than that, and you might want to get it checked out.

On a side note, if you currently have a t-lock shingle roof or a wood shake shingle roof, insurance companies are having a real tough time insuring them.

If you have any of these signs, or all of them, it's time to contact a licensed roofing professional to take a look. We'd be happy to recommend a few great ones in the area, just let us know! If you have any other questions, give us a call or send us an email. We look forward to hearing from you!
